The program was created for the creation, editing, and formatting of geodetic description information. It is designed for Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, and has been tested on WindowsXP, Windows2000, and Windows7. Note: The spelling check routine will only work if Microsoft Word is loaded on the PC.
